Teaching
Values

My teaching approach highly values real world application and viewing issues/concepts from multiple lenses. As a teacher of highly collaborative, applied disciplines, such as public health, my course activities incorporate many group activities and experiential learning.

My job as a teacher of quantitative skills is to find effective and creative ways of demystifying numbers and overcoming this discomfort.

My personal values highly influence my teaching values:
Sincerity
Transparency
Integrity
Equity
Collaboration
Improvement
Empathy
